Important Dates and Timings

Orientation Dates: Orientation regarding the Nursery Programme will be held as per the following schedule between 9:00 a.m and 12:00 noon . Both parents are requested to attend the orientation.

JUBILEE HILLS BRANCH

Nursery: 5th June 2009

Pre-Primary: 6th June 2009

KONDAPUR BRANCH

Nursery and Pre-Primary: 5th June 2009

Date of issue of books: Notebooks and Textbooks will be issued on the following dates:

Primary Section (CBSE): 5th June 2009 between 9:00 a.m and 12:00 noon .

Notebooks and Textbooks for students of Secondary and Senior Secondary sections will be issued to the parents on 6th June 2009 between 9:00 a.m and 12:00 noon .

 REOPENING DATE: 15TH JUNE 2009 (MONDAY)

The re-opening day of school will be a full working day for all classes except Nursery.

Please note the timing.

Conveyance

• Conveyance routes and class lists will be displayed on the day of orientation for Nursery and Pre-Primary students and on the day of Books issue for Primary and Secondary students. Kindly make a note of the pick up and drop points as well as bus timings.
• Please note that the bus stops have been fixed keeping a number of reasons in mind and hence it is not possible to change the same.
• Any change of address must be communicated before 30th May 2009 prior to the finalisation of bus routes.
• Pick up permit cards for students of classes Nursery to III and for students of all classes coming by their own conveyance will be given by the respective class teachers on the day of issue of books.

Uniform

• Children of all classes except Nursery are required to wear the prescribed school uniform:
• Please note the following regarding the regular school uniform:
• For girls of classes I to XII, white blouse with blue polka dots, navy blue divided skirt and white ribbons / bands.
• For girls of classes PP I & PP II, white blouse with blue polka dots,navy blue undivided skirt and white ribbons / bands.
• For boys from classes VI to XII white and navy blue striped shirt and navy blue trousers.
• For boys of classes PP I to Class V white and navy blue striped shirt and navy blue shorts.
• Children joining to PPI have already been alloted their House colours and the P.T. uniform should be purchased accordingly.
• Please note the following details regarding P.T. uniform:
• Boys and Girls: White T-Shirt with collar in the House colour.
• Boys: [Class PPI to XII] Shorts in the House colour of the same design as the regular navy blue.
• Girls: [Class I to XII]- Coloured divided skirts ,
         [Classes PP I and PPII] coloured undivided skirts.
• A minimum of two school uniforms and one P.T. uniform are required for each child. Uniforms tailored privately will not be acceptable as the colour and pattern of stripes and dots may vary.
• Double click on for School Uniforms for the address of the Uniform outlet. They can be bought at these outlets from 1st June 2009 onwards. The approved rate list is available with the dealer. Please consult it before placing your order. Students are required to wear the school uniform from thereopening day onwards.

Shoes

Students are permitted to wear plain white sneakers / canvas shoes of any brand.

Activities and II Language

• Parents who have not been able to give the choice of Activity and second and third language for their child are requested to give the same on the day of the issue of books and orientation day.
  
  
•  Parents are requested not to buy the equipment for the Activity of their choice until the choice is confirmed by the Class Teacher / Activity In charge after the school reopens.

Reminder

• The newly admitted students of classes I and above will have to submit their original Transfer Certificates from the previous school before the 1st of June 2009, failing which text books will not be issued.
• Children of PPI must submit the ID card format with their latest photograph in school uniform.You can download the prerequisite ID format, fill it up and hand over to the class teacher on the day of orientation. Click here for ID format download
• Children of Nursery and Pre-Primary must hand over 6 passport size photographs on re-opening day.
