CHIREC IS CELEBRATING 20 YEARS OF EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION

INTER SCHOOL CULTURAL, LITERARY AND SPORTS EXTRAVAGANZA

The theme of The Inter-School Cultural .......... meet was 'Synergise to Succeed'.

The aim of the meet was to get students of different schools to get together at one venue, to synergise and then to compete.

The students from different schools assembled at the venue, they were explained the theme. They then went to the event venue where they were re-organised into teams through a draw of lots. Thus each team had members from various schools. They now had to synergise and compete to win. The fun was that there were winners were from various schools rather than from one school.

The judges and the participants liked the concept as, as one of the participants said, "It took away the pressure of 'winning' from competing.'

The unique feature of this event was that the students who came from various schools were grouped with other schools to form a new group. In some cases the students ended up competing against their own school mates.
