The judges for this event, Mr. Hanumanth Rao, renowned artist and Mr. D.V. Ramana Murthy, faculty of S.V. College of Fine Arts, were very impressed by the event and commented that children were very creative and each collage was a piece of art. The judges gave suggestions to the children on how to improve their skills and the type of colours to be used in a collage. |

The Judge for this event, Ms. Vanaja Banagiri, Ex-editor, Hyderabad Times, author and journalist, addressed the gathering and highlighted the fact that the group of students were privileged as such an opportunity is very rare. She appreciated the novel step taken by CHIREC and the principals of all the participating schools for accepting such an idea to allow children of same interests to meet and do a project such as writing a story. The esteemed judge also encouraged the children to go ahead with their special interests for it is such pursuit that gives total satisfaction. |

The judges Mr.Vijay Marur, a published author, a poet and noted theatre person,
Mrs. Manjula Reddy, Project Manager Country Club, Mrs Pinky Reddy, Social Worker, of the GVK family, a Parent, appreciated all the 3 groups and specifically admired the inherent acting talent of the children. The theme "Communal Harmony" was quite apt at this juncture where Mumbai blasts were concerned. The children did depicted the theme with emphasis on the awakening of the national spirit. Winning team were asked to perform again at the closing ceremony.

Pagination which means designing the pages of a newspaper is a concept which was new to most of the participants. However the judges, Ms. Ratna Shekar, Editor of WOW Hyderabad Magazine and Mr. Anil Kumar, Head of Office TOI said that it was heartening to see the wonderful quality of work turned in by the participants. Initially a bit skeptical about what was expected of them, the participants rapidly gained confidence as they worked with each other to design the perfect newspaper. The presentation at 2:30 pm was a visual treat for everyone present there, including the judges, with the participants coming forward and speaking confidently like seasoned reporters and editors explaining their ideas and their reports to their newspaper. All the participants agreed and reiterated that it was a truly amazing experience for them. |

Tap your feet was unique concept of group dance competition and the participants appreciated the idea. Children participated enthusiastically and worked hard to put up their best. In two days, children from different schools co-operated will each other, choreographed with unknown music and decided on their costumes. It was a great show put by all the five groups remarked the judges, Ms. Namrata Mahesh Babu, Actress and Ms. Deepika Reddy, noted Kuchipudi exponent. |
