Ratna Reddy had a vision - to give children an environment that would shape their overall personalities, a school that would not only impart education, but also nurture their physical, social and creative talents. From a humble beginning as a summer camp in 1989, CHIREC an acronym for Children's Recreation Centre has, over the past two decades, blossomed into a name to reckon with in the field of education in the city, with both past and present students making the school proud with achievements in diverse fields.

A well-qualified and experienced academician, Ratna has two post graduate degrees to her credit, one in Child Development from College of Home Science, Hyderabad and the other in Early Childhood Education from University of Iowa, US. Her other hugely successful venture was the finishing school Chrysalis, that was launched with the aim of helping the young women of Hyderabad blossom into social butterflies, with the assistance of top-notch professionals.

As CHIREC crosses another important milestone this year, Ratna is not one to rest on her laurels. She continues to surge ahead with her novel methods of imparting world class educations with one objective of helping students achieve. Eminence through Excellence
