Dear Parent,

As the II Term is coming to an end, the school would like to meet all parents to address certain issues which are of importance to both the school management and the parents. Those issues need to be discussed and frozen before we begin planning for the next academic session.

To avoid the inconvenience of you having to come twice – once for the meeting and other time to take the report card of the child – we have revised the Parent Teacher Conference schedule and the procedure.

You are also aware, the CHIREC Parents’ Advisory Committee had a meeting with all parents on 28^th November ’09, which had some very positive outcomes. We do hope you will make it convenient to attend this meeting.

The revised schedule is as follows :-

Saturday, 19^th December ‘09	10.30 a.m.	Nursery, PP I & PP II - Kondapur I & II
Saturday, 19^th December ‘09	2.00 p.m.	Nursery, PP I & PP II – Jubilee Hills
Monday 21^st December ‘09	9.00 a.m.	VI to VIII
Monday 21^st December ‘09	11.00 a.m.	IX, X & XI

The revised procedure is as follows :

(i) Parents must come to ground floor Dining Hall for the meeting.

(ii) After the meeting, the parents will go to the classroom of the child to take the report.

(iii) The class teacher will hand out the report to all the parents. Only those who wish to discuss the child’s performance, can stay back.

(iv) You can also ask for an appointment on 23^rd December ‘09 if you feel the need to speak to the class teacher in greater detail.

Please also note the following :

(i) The Jubilee Hills parents will also be given the report in the Kondapur campus. The teachers will be available in the first floor of the Dining Hall after the meeting.

(ii) Parents having children in two different sections (eg. Pre-Primary and Primary or Primary and Secondary) are required to attend only one of the meetings. However, Report cards of the secondary students will not be available on 19^th December.

(iii) Parents of class X and XII students are not required to come unless they have a younger child continuing in school next year.

We understand that the process might cause a little crowding and inconvenience, but we request you to bear with us as the matters are very important and we would like to see maximum attendance.

In case you are not able to attend, we will presume that you are in consonance with the school and the decisions taken as a consequence of the meeting have your consent.

Parents of Pre-Primary and Primary classes can seek appointments with the teachers on 21^st and 23^rd December as well in case they wish to meet the teachers separately.

Important :

As you are aware, the process of admission to school has begun. We have received a few requests for change from CBSE to Cambridge section. In case you too want your child to change from CBSE to Cambridge section, please leave a letter with Mrs. Krishnaveni regarding the same. Please note that change of section from Cambridge to CBSE will not be possible.
