Personality and Aptitude tests
Career guidance at CHIREC begins in Class 8. We facilitate different tests to help reveal students’ potential strengths and individual interests. The school hosts University Fairs, wherein groups of universities from US, Canada, UK and India visit the campus each year to provide information about the courses on offer. The students are provided exposure to the career options available depending on their interests and abilities by Career and College Counsellors at school.

Choosing a career or program of study is a daunting task. CHIREC provides our students with opportunities to meet experts from different fields who can offer a wealth of experience to allow students to make educated decisions for their futures.
Essay Writing Workshops
While grades and test scores are important, an exceptional college application essay is a crucial factor in determining who is accepted into a great university, and who isn’t. To help students learn much of what is needed to write that standout application essay, CHIREC organizes Essay Writing Workshops that help students get started and work their way through the essay writing process.
Preparatory courses and testing for SAT, PSAT, AP and ACT
CHIREC offers SAT, PSAT, ACT and AP subject tests and CHIREC is the only AP, SAT, PSAT and ACT testing centre in Telangana. We have also partnered with TestRockers to offer preparatory classes for the SAT and PSAT.
Access to CIALFO
CHIREC subscribes to CIALFO – a comprehensive college and career platform that helps students in making informed choices related to their career. It helps counselors, students, and guardians with greater visibility into the college application process, easy access to college data, notes, and essay prompts. Students can research colleges across the world; compare their own GPAs and test scores with their alumni’s; take career, learning, and personality assessments; manage application deadlines, to name a few.

CHIREC’s career guidance department provides students with support to participate in summer internships at reputed organizations across different industries. Extensive Alumni network
The CHIREC Alumni Portal has been set up to increase interaction, knowledge sharing, and networking among the CHIREC alumni. They can bond with their batch mates, seniors and juniors and can also remain connected with their alma mater. CHIREC alumni have gone on to attend the best universities in India and around the world.
Exchange Programs
Working in different global contexts helps students to develop into future leaders and citizens who recognize the significance of cooperation, understanding, and compassion. Student Exchange programs are a great way to learn about and immerse oneself in different cultures. We have one such program with Thayer Academy, a private school in Boston, USA.

Our sessions are conducted to simplify the college application process. We also provide exclusive one-on-one counseling to navigate the American university system.
CHIREC has an impressive track record of college placements for its students, thanks to its College and Career Guidance Department. College and Career Guidance at CHIREC offers a spectrum of resources to support students with the college search and application process, including college visits, prospective campus tours, etc. The school also provides on-campus coaching classes for Indian entrance exams like CLAT, and standardized tests like SAT, ACT, and PSAT, which are required for admission into most foreign universities.
CHIREC organizes University Fairs and invites experts from the industry and various universities across the globe to conduct career talks to keep the students updated about the career opportunities available to them.
Our experienced placement counselors are always in touch with all the reputed national/international universities to schedule regular visits with their representatives to our campus.
